Odessa apartment reservation

  1. To reserve an apartment in Odessa, please, fill in the preliminary reservation form and press "Book" button. You will find this form when you enter an apartment detailed description  page.
  2. You can also choose a few apartments you like and send ID codes of these apartments, your dates of arrival/departure to our email address.
  3. Within 24 hours we will email you confirmation if this apartment is available. If the apartment you have chosen is not available, we will offer you a similar one.
  4. After you receive our confirmation, pay a deposit, the rest of amount to be paid on arrival in cash. We accept Hrivna, US Dollar, Euro and British Pound at currency exchange rates. 
  5. It is necessary to pay a deposit within 24h after you receive our confirmation otherwise your preliminary reservation will be canceled. 
  6. If you want to find a nice Odessa apartment for a reasonable price, please make reservation at least 2-3 weeks before your arrival especially in summer time.
  7. Please note that we do not book an apartment for 1 night only!!!
  8. In case you booked an apartment for a certain period, paid a deposit and upon arrival you would like to shorten this period up to 1 night only, your deposit will be retained as a penalty for non-observance of our agreement and you will not be accommodated.
  9. But in case if you booked an apartment, paid a deposit and you would like to change your date of arrival or departure in advance, we will do our best to help you make this change (depends on the calender of bookings). In case you woulk like to shorten considerably your period of stay, price may raise a little. But it does not concern this case when your period of stay will be shortened up to 1 night. (please have a look paragraph 7 and 8).

PRICE AND SEASON

High season: May-September/Holidays in Ukraine

Low season: October-April

Prices can be changed periodically.

But if you booked an apartment, paid deposit and did not change your period of stay considerably, price remains fixed for you.

Prices depend on season, period of stay, days of the week.

We offer a discount for our regular customers.

We always try to offer an apartment for an optimate price. We are very loyal and flexible.

DEPOSIT

Deposit equals 1 night stay rent. If you stay more than 14 nights, deposit for 2 nights is required. The rest of the sum to be paid on arrival in cash. We accept US Dollar, Euro and British pound. You can pay a deposit on-line or in the bank using:

  1. Your credit card Visa/Mastercard 

  2. Western Union/MoneyGram 
  3. We email you confirming your reservation and your apartment address. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Usually security deposit is taken ( it equals 1 night stay rent). It is completely paid back on the day of departure if the apartment is in the same condition as on the day of arrival (nothing is broken, damaged, etc). If you find any defect on the day of your arrival, please inform the owner about it.

CANCELLATION

Deposit will be not returned in case of cancellation notice.

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of force majeure the apartment you booked will be changed ONLY to a better quality apartment, price would remain the same. But it happens very rarely for the reason not depended on us. In 99% cases you will be accommodated in the apartment you booked.

Check in time (13.00-14.00) 

If you order Transfer Service our driver will meet you at the airport (railway or bus station) with the sign and take you to the apartment.

Our manager will meet you near the building and accommodate you.

If you do not order Transfer Service, you get to the apartment by yourself.

Check out time (not later than 12.00)

On the day of your departure if you order Transfer Service our manager will come to your apartment, check it, give back your security deposit and take you to the place of your departure.

If you do not order Transfer Service, you get to the place of your departure by yourself. Our manager will come to the place of your residence to take the keys and give back your security deposit. Please inform your manager about approximate time of your departure.

Key Replacement

If the key is lost, the client will be charged $50 for changing the lock to the apartment.
