The apartment is situated in the heart of Odessa.Entrance via renovated corridor. Good repair was made a couple years ago.You will have beautiful windows view of Sobornaya square from both bedrooms.First bedroom (30m2) has brown Italian style furniture,a corner fold-out couch made of white leather,a big wardrobe.Second bedroom has white Italian style furniture, a king-size bed and a big wardrobe.The living-room is not so big. You will find there 2 convertible couches and a TV set here. Kitchen is 18 m2 separate room with everything for cooking. There is a special room for smokers in the apartment.There is also a guest toilet in the hallway.

Sobornaya square is a pleasant location to take in the scenery while sitting on the bench, people watch or do a little shopping in the Passage Shopping Mall.Even if you have no desire to shop,it is worth seeing this work of art.There is also Spasso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral here.
