Nice and cosy studio, entrance via quiet courtyard. The apartment is just after refurbishment.There is a spacious 28m2 room with a queen-size bed a fold-out sofa.The kitchenette has all stuff for cooking.The bathroom is small with a shower.

This apartment is situated on Preobragenskaya street that goes transversely to the main street of Odessa - Deribasovskaya street and ending on famous PRIVOZ.

When going out from your courtyard, turn left, pass one block and you will appear on Deribasovskaya street. If you turn right, you will see Sobornaya square with its famous Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral.

In 1795 the Nickolaev church was built on Sobornaya square. The cathedral was one of the biggest in Russia.In 1936 Stalin ordered to destroy the Cathedral. Now the Cathedral is rebuilt.
